Balviten Hamburger rolls with chickpea burgers, raw vegetables, avocado and yogurt and herb sauce.
Ingredients
- Balviten Hamburger Rolls
- 1 chickpea burger
- 1 drizzle of EVO oil
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- A handful of bean sprouts
- 1/2 raw beetroot, thinly sliced or grated
- 1/4 white onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, cut into julienne strips
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 leaves of cabbage salad
Sandwich Preparation
Cut the bun in half and toast it lightly to make it crispier.
Brown the chickpea burger in a pan with a drizzle of EVO oil and place it on the base of the bun.
Add bean sprouts, avocado slices, beetroot, onion, julienned carrots, cucumber and baby spinach.
You can make your sandwich even more appetizing by adding a delicious yogurt and herb sauce
Ingredients for the sauce
1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, basil, mint, chives, to taste)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
Add the chopped herbs and mix well.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
