
Panna Cotta with Strawberry Jam Nickel Free

Here is the recipe for a delicious panna cotta with extra strawberry jam, nickel free and organic, in a vegan and lactose-free version.
Ingredients
• 150 g of Valgiò extra strawberry jam nickel free, organic
• 250 g almond milk (or soy milk)
• 250 g of vegetable cooking cream
• 30 g of sugar
• 20 g of corn starch
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon of agar agar powder
• Fresh red fruits (raspberries, blueberries, currants, wild strawberries)
Preparation
Heat the almond milk, vegetable cream and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves.
Add the cornstarch and vanilla extract, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Add the agar agar powder, bring the mixture to the boil and boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture into glasses and let it cool to room temperature. Add the Valgiò nickel free extra strawberry jam and the red fruits, then transfer the glasses to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until the panna cotta has solidified.
