Panna Cotta with Strawberry Jam Nickel Free

Here for you is a recipe for a delicious, vegan and Lactose Free, organic, nickel-free extra strawberry jam panna cotta.

 

Ingredients

- 150 g Valgiò extra strawberry jam nickel free, organic

- 250 g almond milk (or soy milk)

- 250 g vegetable cooking cream

- 30 g of sugar

- 20 g cornstarch

- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

- 1 teaspoon agar agar powder

- Fresh red fruits (raspberries, blueberries, currants, wild strawberries)

 

Preparation

Heat the almond milk, vegetable cream, and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved.

Add thecornstarch and vanilla extract, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Combine the agar agar powder, bring the mixture to a boil and boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour the mixture into glasses, and let it cool to room temperature. Add the Valgiò nickel-free extra strawberry jam and red berries, then transfer the glasses to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until the panna cotta has solidified.
