Fibrepan has 7% of vegetable fibers including Psyllium seed fibers, chicory fibers and guar gum which, thanks to their properties of absorbing water, improve the functionality of the intestine and facilitate digestion. The presence of Psyllium also gives elasticity to the dough, making it easier to work with and improving its characteristics.

Deglutinated wheat starch is obtained with a particular transformation process that makes it gluten-free (gluten content less than 10 ppm, or 10 parts per million) and therefore suitable for consumers with celiac disease and gluten intolerance.

Although Italian law requires a level of 20 ppm, Farmo settles on 10 ppm as a GFCO (Gluten-Free Certification Organization) certified company: the American standard is in fact more restrictive than the European one.
